About Fonality Australia

Insightful Solutions (now Fonality Australia) was formed by Rick Bushell and Marc Englaro in 2005 shortly after the first release of the SugarCRM product. Both Rick and Marc recognised that SugarCRM provided capabilities previously only available in the most expensive CRM systems. These capabilities, coupled with the flexibility of deployment and competitive pricing structure provided an obvious winning combination.

 

Both founders recognised that there was an opportunity to assist companies reap the benefits of the open-source software model by providing the confidence of an experienced, professional and commercially-focused support organisation. Since establishing Insightful, the organisation has grown to service over 150 clients in 13 countries. Insightful is certified by SugarCRM Inc. as both a Recognised Developer and Gold Partner for all editions of the SugarCRM product.

 

In November 2007, Fonality Inc. acquired Sydney-based Insightful Solutions Pty. Ltd. Fonality is now incorporating Insightful's CRM and telephony integration technology into our award winning PABX products, and can now supply and support trixbox Pro telepohony solutions in Australia.
