

Dean Mansfield has more than 15 years of sales and executive management experience in the software industry. He was most recently President of Worldwide Sales at NetSuite. Dean was a key member of the executive team that led the rapid growth of NetSuite from 2004 to 2009, culminating with a highly successful IPO in 2007. Prior to joining NetSuite, Dean held senior management and sales leadership positions with Brocade Communications, Plumtree Software and McAfee. Mr. Mansfield holds an honors degree in law from the University of London.
Wes Durow comes to Fonality with more than 20 years experience driving exceptional marketing results for consumer and business-to-business companies large and small, public and private. Most recently, Wes was Vice President and General Manager of Global Marketing at Avaya, where he guided marketing investments and initiatives worldwide. Prior to that, he held a variety of marketing, strategy and channel executive roles at Nortel. Wes began his career in advertising helping build brands like American Airlines, Pace Picante Sauce, Eckrich Meats, GTE (now Verizon), NationsBank (now Bank of America) and Greyhound Bus Lines. Wes has been a featured speaker on the subject of marketing excellence at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, the University of North Carolina and the American Marketing Association. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and economics from the University of Northern Iowa and a master's degree in advertising from Northwestern University.
Toby Davidson has more than 15 years of Service and Support experience in the software industry. Most recently, he was Director of Professional Services at NetSuite for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. Prior to joining NetSuite, Toby held a number of management positions at UBS Warburg, Insurance Australia Group and Lucent Technologies. Mr Davidson holds an honors degree in Computer Sciences from University College Chester.
Prior to joining Fonality, Dan was a partner at MMC Capital, an $80M corporate venture capital fund focused on communications-enabling technologies, where he led investments in communications and semiconductor companies. Prior to MMC, Dan was a Vice President with Mercer Management Consulting's Communications and Information Group; ran StrongLight Advisors, a management consulting firm; and was a senior product engineer with National Semiconductor Corporation. Dan holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and industrial management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Wharton.
Eric Borrmann has 23 years of experience in the high technology industry with increasing responsibility in the areas of finance, sales, operations and software engineering. Eric recently supported NetSuite during a rapid growth period as a Worldwide Sales Operations consultant. He also held sales and financial leadership positions at Mindjet, Plumtree Software and McAfee, all leaders in the software market. Between 1990 and 1995, Borrmann held various executive roles in Finance and Sales at Conner Peripherals, where he led efforts to double sales in the European market. Prior to that, he was a Systems Engineer at EDS from 1985 to 1988.
Rick Bushell was a co-founder and CTO of Insightful Solutions, and joined the Fonality management team with the acquisition of Insightful in September 2007. Working on a daily basis implementing, customizing, enhancing, and integrating SugarCRM systems, Rick is an internationally recognized expert in SugarCRM, and regularly delivers technical training to developers in Australia as well as to clients in New Zealand, Singapore and the US. Previously, he worked as software and product development manager for Billback systems, and has over 15 years experience in software architecture design and software development management. Rick has an Honors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Sydney.
Chris was previously Vice President for the IP Telephony Product Marketing Group at Alcatel, where he was responsible for all marketing and business development for their North American IP Telephony practice including the creation of their distribution channels. Mr. Vuillaume also has a rich entrepreneurial history, notably co-founding Santa Clara-based NetManSys. At NetManSys, Chris served as VP of Marketing, growing the company from inception to 80 employees and ultimately selling it to a private acquirer. Chris is an avid power-glider and can be seen precipitously arcing from a random cliff-top in Southern California on your typical Sunday. Chris holds an MBA from UC Berkeley.
