Launched at CeBIT Australia less than three months ago, Fonality Connect is an enterprise-class phone system that can be delivered to any SMB with an Internet connection. The cloud-based solution provides SMBs with access to advanced phone features previously reserved for large enterprises, such as in-house conference calls and the ability to unify multiple offices and home workers in one system. With a fixed monthly fee from just $39 per user, free calls and no contracts, Fonality Connect also helps business owners substantially reduce their monthly phone bills.
One example is Moss & Hooper, an Australian specialised consulting company with staff working across its offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane as well as South Africa. Moss & Hooper replaced their aging on-premise PABX with Fonality Connect. Fonality Connect lets Moss & Hooper easily configure the system and move handsets themselves, a job that previously required an external IT service provider.
