You can also refer clients but elect not to receive a referral fee. You will still benefit from membership in the program by:

  • gaining access to a better understanding Fonality software and the advantages of SaaS

  • product demonstrations and new product information

  • industry news and information; and other services offered exclusively to Fonality Referral Partners

 

To become a Referral Partner

To participate it in the referral program you will need:

  • to apply to the Fonality Referral Partner Program

  • agree the Terms and Conditions Commissions

  • Register referred leads via the web-portal

  • be able to issue a valid Tax Invoice in order to receive commissions

Referral Fee Payment Amounts

Fonality Connect

If a referred customer purchases Fonality Connect, our fully-hosted solution, payout is on a per seat/extension basis. By product type, the breakdown for payout on Fonality Connect is as follows:

  • $50 for each Fonality Connect Standard Edition user
  • $75 for each Fonality Connect Professional Edition user
  • $100 for each Fonality Connect Call Centre Agent user

Referral Fee amounts are Australian dollars and include GST.

This is a one-time payout with funds received via EFT.  Referrers will be paid after customer has been a Fonality customer for 60 days. Referrers will be required to sign an agreement and supply a valid Tax Invoice.

 

trixbox Pro

If a customer purchases trixbox Pro, our hybrid-hosted solution, payout is calculated as 10% per system, excluding delivery costs.

Referrers will be paid after customer has been with Fonality for more than 60 days. Referrers will be required to sign an agreement and supply a valid tax invoice.
