The Wilber Lane Law Firm began in 1964 as a sole, general practice, representing people in central Illinois. By 1995, the firm recognized a large unmet need in the subrogation area. The subrogation recovery rate needed vast improvement in the companies they serve. The Wilber Lane Law Firm realized that combining the style of a debt collection agency with the clout of a law firm would make it  economically possible to recover millions of dollars in smaller claims.
