trixbox Pro Critical Information Summary

Information about the service:

Performance and compatibility with trixbox Pro can be found at http://trixbox.com/support/servers-and-cards and http://www.trixbox.com/support/phones. Trixbox Pro is available to business customers. 

The Service includes:

•           Voicemail, Auto-attendant, Music On-Hold, Call Queuing, After Hours.

•           Branch Offices and Remote Workers.

•           Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Analog and Digital lines.

•           Call Recording, Call Monitoring, Click to Dial, Screen Pops.

Fonality Support: Business hours general support from 9am to 6pm AEST on business days and 24/7 emergency support is provided in accordance with the trixbox Pro Terms and Conditions available at http://www.fonality.com.au/legal/trixbox-support-agreement.html.The initial term of the trixbox Pro Support Agreement is 36 months, which is renewed annually on the anniversary date of when the service commenced, unless you elect otherwise with 30 days written notice prior to the term anniversary.

The trixbox Pro Support Agreement excludes coverage for application of trixbox Pro for any purpose it was not intended for or troubleshooting otherwise than in respect of the trixbox Pro solution.

Elements of trixbox Pro are delivered as an ongoing service via an Internet connection or use standard landlines for carriage. An Internet connection is required for access to trixbox Pro's Control Panel, to enable the use of VoIP and for Fonality to access the trixbox Pro hardware for support and diagnosis purposes. 

Maintenance of a working connection to the Internet is mandatory to enable full access to the products and services provided by Fonality.

Information about pricing:

trixbox Pro can be provided as either:

  • a stand-alone IP-PABX application; or
  • a complete system, comprising both software and hardware.

The price of trixbox Pro will depend on the package and number of licences you purchase. trixbox Pro can be purchased outright or with payments by monthly instalments over a minimum 36 month term.

All trixbox Pro sales are non-refundable. The cost of trixbox Pro does not include any underlying service, including carriage service, which must be purchased from a carriage service provider separately.

Fonality charges an annual support fee per extension, which entitles you to technical support, software upgrades, features (when released) and patches on the terms of the trixbox Pro Support Agreement. The minimum cost of annual support is $71.88 (excluding GST) per user/license for 1-10 users per licence.

If the trixbox Pro Support Agreement is terminated, you will be required to pay the recurring fee in the period up to the expiry of the relevant 36 month period.
